ok, serious trainspottage here:
somewhere in the middle of the vibert remix of ui ("unknow," track 13) on
the lo recordings' "united mutations" comp, an incredible jazz track gets
mixed in...sounds like at least two saxophones--very dark &
dissonant--almost, in some ways, like the ROVA sax quartet. It's quite a
long sample--2 minutes maybe. Well, the question then: does anyone know
what the hell it is, who's playing on it, what's it from?
i doubt i'll ever find my answer on this, but you never know.
